To receive credentials, the email address must already be present in Asticarta's customer master data and enabled for the web service.

1. 1If this is the first access and the email has not yet been enabled, send a request to your Asticarta contact including company name, VAT number and the email address to authorize.
2. 2Asticarta will add the email address to the management system customer record with uweb code.
3. 3After confirmation that the registration has been completed, return to this screen and enter the same email and VAT number to receive the credentials.
